Julia Lee (Kreitman) Rogge is currently the staff Paint and Props Supervisor for the School of Film, Dance, & Theatre at Arizona State University.
Julia has a BFA in Theatre Design & Technology from Emerson College, and has worked in a variety of theatres and festivals across the country in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, California, Texas, Virginia, and now, Arizona
Prior to this job, Julia was a full-time freelancing non-union Scenic Artist, Project Manager, Designer, & Properties artisan in NY & NJ. In the last year, she has also taken over as the Scenic Charge Artist for the Texas Shakespeare Festival in Kilgore, TX for 2017 and 2018 seasons, and looks forward to spending her work year between AZ and TX. Julia is a working artist who is always looking for more outlets to express her creativity.
Julia also enjoys working on a variety of other projects such as watercolor, graphic design, murals, digital art, and body art. She aspires to continually develop as an artist, and grow the bandwidth of knowledge gained in this industry with each project she is apart of. The learning, especially in the arts, is never over, and each day is an opportunity to challenge, refine, and cultivate one's horizon of skill-sets.
